After graduating from West Point in 1994, Chris was commissioned as an Infantry Officer and served in various capacities across the globe through 2005. He transitioned from the military into the metals industry, cutting his teeth in heavy manufacturing operations with US Steel Corporation (USX), where he learned how ultimately critical safety was in the industrial workplace, and that his job was to return workers home to their families in the same or even better condition than when they arrived to work that day. Following his time at USX, Chris led project controls, globally, for Brand Energy and Infrastructure Services, where he furthered his appreciation for safety within oil refineries, nuclear power plants, forming and shoring operations and other industrial settings. Prior to S2 Partners, Chris was at Allstar Innovations as President and COO and partnered with Mission Brands, Magid and KSI to help drive the formation of the NHSC, and remains humbled with the opportunity to bring his passion for safety to such a foundational and essential platform. He is currently the Founder and CEO of S2 Partners.
